Appointment
- To keep your latency brief, we offer appointments within and off-peak our consultation hours. You can make an appointment by phone or via mail. We ask for understanding that there might be latencies if we have to attend to an emergency.
- If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us in time. During our consultation hours, we medicate our patients in order of their arrival at the clinic.
- Within the consultation hours, we cannot avoid latencies because every pet has to get well examined and treated properly. Used instruments have to get cleaned and disinfected before we welcome a new patient. This might take a while.

- You can reach us 24/7 by phone/ mobile.

Payment
- If desired you get an explicit bill with all rendered services; the bill is based upon the “Gebührenordnung für Tierärzte (GOT)” from 2008.
- Accountancy is very time-consuming, thus we ask you to pay your bill right after consultation or surgery, payable in cash or by cash card.
